Good Friday
Today is Good Friday,
as if nature
understood that,
today's weather has
cycled through
sunshine, sleet, rain and wind.
All these conditions mingling and changing
in a few short hours.
Much like the crucifixion,
God's love, wrath, sorrow, and power,
all these attributes mingling together
in the unchanging plan of God
in a few long hours.
